At Rural Route 1 Custom Designs, all of our products are custom-made to order through our print-on-demand partner. Because each item is produced specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted.

Defective or Misprinted Items If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, misprint, or damage, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at ruralroute1customdesigns@gmail.com with:

• Your order number
• A clear photo of the issue

We will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items Because our products are made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect size selection
• Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Please refer to our size guides before placing your order to ensure the best fit.
